1 - GUEST SCHEDULES
CHECK IN AT 16:00
The daily rates are counted from 16:00H (check in). The stay after 12:00H (checkout) will imply a new daily charge. If you wish to extend this time, please consult the host in advance. Expenses that are not covered by the daily rate, such as: consumption of drinks, coffee, tea, snacks, use of the laundry room and others, will be due by 12:00 of the check out day;
CHECK OUT AT 12:00
On the day of departure the houses should be free until 12:00.
2 - SERVICE HOURS
Reception:
Since 2020, the reception desk has become virtual. It is possible to deal with all matters electronically;
3 - PAYMENTS
Transactions can be made with CASH (euros) (for on-site operations), MB WAY, PAY PALL, ENTITY/REFERENCE or BANK TRANSFER;
4 - VALETING SERVICE
The maid service may be requested in advance for guests staying longer than 7 days. We request 2 hours for cleaning and change of bed linen and towels between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and the cleaning will be done once a week.
5 - USE OF THE POOL
The use of the pool is exclusive to guests. It is not allowed to take the house towels to the pool and river beaches. If necessary, we make some options available in our online store. Delivery within 24hrs or upon availability at our reception.
The pool will operate until 8pm.

6 - PARKING
Parking is available to all guests at no additional cost on the daily rate, with the guest responsible for placing or removing the vehicle in the areas indicated by the host.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by third parties.
7 - FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
Any object found in the houses will be kept for a period of 30 days, catalogued in a log book and informed to the guest (via email or phone). After this period, if there is no one to look for it, the object will be given the most convenient destination.
8 - SECURITY
The responsibility for the custody of children is the parents or guardians.
The resort has a basic first-aid kit.
9 - DAMAGES
Any damage caused by guests or their dependents/guests to the facilities or accommodation units of the resort will be charged to the account of the respective person responsible for booking the house. The guest or visitor may be asked to vacate the accommodation unit or withdraw from the resort, for violating any rule of these regulations, for presenting antisocial behavior, or for not paying the bill when presented. Any damage to the tourist unit, loss of keys, disappearance of objects and equipment from the resort will be charged to the guest or visitor. Depending on the gravity of the same the host will take the legal measures deemed necessary.
10 - IS NOT ALLOWED
Smoke in the internal dependencies of the House
As a matter of respect and understanding for all customers, we ask for special attention to silence in social areas: swimming pool, outside street, and even inside the houses should be avoided audible noise outside, since our customers, in its majority, come to rest. Noise that disturbs others, automotive sound or similar are forbidden.
Use of electric iron.
To spread clothes or towels in places other than the existing clotheslines in each house, such as pergolas, sunshades, fences, or windows.
To carry or use materials that may bring personal risk or risk to others.
Access the technical areas that are properly identified.
11 - COMPLAINTS
Whenever any employee of this establishment shows omission or fails to answer promptly and correctly, Guests are asked to take their complaints to the management who will take immediate action.
12 - CANCELLATION POLICY
As defined in the document "Terms and Conditions".
13 - CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK IN
In case of early departure during the reserved and contracted period, the total amount of the reservation period will be charged, and the guest will not be entitled to any cash refund or credit for new daily rates.

Internet in the external areas and in all accommodation units
Swimming pool
Parking
15 - TECHNICAL AREAS
Guests are not allowed to access the technical areas duly identified.
Final Note: For the proper operation and good service to the guests, please read this notice carefully and if in doubt, contact the staff and management. This resort is intended for the enjoyment of its guests under the legal terms and established rules.
